Hi friends I am going to tell you my own experience with this bajaj finserv Ltd. One of the leading financial services in the modern days with providing many features on paper but in reality there are many things to concern with this.The customer service is very poor. Last month I had paid my E.M.I in advance but it didnt get updated in their server and they called me 5 times and said that I didnt paid and after consulting their office their told its their fault. A leading finance with this type of issues will make to feel bad
