We are using this product almost daily for last 4 years without any issue. I have gifted three to my friend’s wedding. All are working fine. This is the value for money product. All the parts are robust and we have all the parts still at right shape. We didn’t find any issue so we didn’t contact the service guy. So I am not in position to comment on Bajaj’s after sales service.
The juice extractor is also good. This is heavy and robust. Day to day operations are good. Easy to handle and easy to wash.
I am highly recommending this product
