I have purchased FX10(bajaj food processor) in Feb 14. Gaskets of the small and medium jars are torn & base rusted/ peeling, medium jar handle shaking(during warranty period, not even 2 years). Called up customer care for addressing the same.
Service person came on 2nd day of complaint after follow up and only tightened the handle. But he hasn't addressed the rest of the complaints, however said that he will get the gaskets and base of small jar within 2 days(reason -out of stock). I agreed for the same though very unhappy for the same. Meanwhile, he made me to sign the service/ compliant closing sheet without informing me the details.I was surprised to see sms from Bajaj customer care saying the complaints are closed. I called up cc again but very poor response.service person asked me to carry fx10 to their office for addressing rest of the complaints.
