Recently I brought Sony led Tv and Samsung fridge at Paradise branch then had worse experience from sales team.they will not process invoice on time and not inform sony or Samsung technician to have demo and installation.you have to remind these Bajaj people and beg them for initiation.
There is no dedicated customer support team for Bajaj.customer has to note down at least two to three sales persons numbers to contact for any enquiry otherwise u will become daily visitor of Bajaj show room for sure.
