Bad custmbar. Review on Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad

I purchased a samsung microwave on 11th of November. The sales man at the store promised me that it will be delivered the next day ie 12th. Here is what happened it was not delivered on the 12th the call center numbers are always busy and after after many tries if you get connected, no one has an update on your product they say they will call back but it never happens. it happened with me over 4 days and about 5 times a day they dont want to help the customer and even after the delay they were not willing to pickup the delivery cost the demo that they had to arrange I had to call them and have it set up even after calling them they took three days for the demo which by the way they arranged in for the billing address not the shipping address very poor customer focus. very arrogant and no one takes responsibility. even at the store( pujagutta) the sales rep only want to take the credit for the sale and no one bothers abut you after that.
