Sir,
This is to complain that due to the callousness of the local Bajaj service centre personnel in Patna, my brand new cooler has turned into scrap.
I had bought a Bajaj Cooler five years ago for my wife who is a heart patient. But within six months(1 year warranty period), the cooler malfunctioned. I complained to the local Bajaj service centre in Patna to visit my place and repair the cooler as soon as possible. They promised to do so but never turned up. I even visited the Bajaj service centre several times and explained them that it was not possible for me to carry that heavy cooler to the service centre. But still after many requests they did not repair my cooler.
After the one year warranty period was over, they started asking for repairing charges for the cooler. I refused to give the money and told them that it was their fault that they kept on brushing this matter under the carpet deliberately. And since then my cooler has gone completely kaput and my ailing wife is coping up with her heart condition deteriorating.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and tell the concerned personnel to repair my cooler completely free of charge or refund the money I spent in buying this scrap. For this I will be grateful to you forever. Waiting for your positive and quick response this time around.
