Team Bajaj Electricals, Earlier when I lodged this long pending complaint on Facebook, no complaint number was assigned to me. Your local representative who called me and the service mechanic who visited my place also did not give any complaint number. Your service engineer told me that he did not have the required tools to repair the faulty fan motor and went back never to return again. Kindly do not try to brush this matter under the carpet and ask your local service engineers to come equipped with all the tools to repair the cooler at my place. As it is not possible to carry this heavy piece of machinery to your service centre. If that is not possible then refund my money because we have suffered enough with this Bajaj Electricals Ltd. masterpiece. Waiting for your prompt and positive reply.
