The Bajaj Dominor 400 is chased by a guy riding the Honda CBR 250. As the rider comes close to the Dominor 400, he tries to have a conversation with the test guy in order to have a clear footage of the bike. The Dominor 400 seems to be maintaining good speeds in straight lines along with great stability. As far as features are concerned, the bike comes with first in class LED headlight, dual instrument cluster with the other one placed on the tank, split two piece seats and LED taillights while the bike comes shod with telescopic front suspension in place of the upside down forks on the Pulsar CS400 Concept and a rear mono-shock. Braking duties are carried out by petal disc brakes at front and rear wheels while dual channel ABS will be available as an option.
The Bajaj Dominar 400 will be powered by the same 373cc engine that powers the KTM Duke 390. The liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, fuel injected petrol engine is capable of producing 34.5 BHP(25.74 Kw) of maximum power. The company has not revealed the power figures of the bike but we expect it to be in excess of 30 Nm. The same power-train delivers 43.5 BHP of maximum power along with a peak torque of 35 Nm on the KTM 390 Duke. Transmission duties will be carried out by a 6-speed gearbox that will come equipped with a slip and assist clutch system. The Bajaj Dominor 400(Kratos 400) is expected to be priced in India in the range of INR 1.5 lakh to INR 1.6 lakh(ex-showroom Delhi).
