Sorry to say but I have a complaint to make for the Bajaj Discover Bike and its authorised dealer Amin Bajaj, Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad.
I have purchase the Bajaj Discover 125 ES DISC BRAKE on 23rd August 2011 from M/s Amin Automobies, Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad Invoice No - 2315, Engine No - JZUBUE20041, Chasis No - MD2DSJZZZUPD52508. With the bike cost of 63, 699.
I have made the maintenance cost of almost 23, 000 RS. in this five years time in which one time engine has been opened and made again by your technicians on 29th dec 2014 and it cost me around 8500 RS. now again this month their was some noice coming from my bike so I shown them and they told that sir engine needs to be open again and their will be a cost of 5, 000 RS.
My question is that if engine has been work upon completely just 1.5 year back then why is required to open and repair again. I have changed the engine oil and service the bike 3 times after that engine work done on 29th dec 2014.
I shown them all the bills of services I have done and oil change still they say we can't do anything.
What kind of engine work they have done and what kind of bike service they do that I have to pay this much cost in this 5 years time
Either bike is not good or service is poor, they only wash the bike and give back to customer and charge for the full service.
It has created very bad impression on my mind for bajaj as a brand for bikes and I will never suggest anyone to go for bajaj bike.
