I bought my Baj Dis 100 CC on 16 th May 2010, I was very happy as it was just like a dream come true for me as I was wishing to ride a bike like this. From the very first day the bike started giving some problem. Its ok at the speed of 20 to 25 kmph but as soon as I reach to 30 kmph it start to give a shake as if some body is forcefully stopping the bike engine. I went to service centre but nothing happened instead they said it will be ok after the first service. Only after the second service one mechanic make that prob go permanently but escalating more manufacturing probs. Like strange and irritating sound from the chain set. After every second day I have to go mechanic to fix that. The major prob in this bike is its engine, Its behave different in winter, summer and horrible in rainy seasons. When ever I climb on a flyway the engine sound as if “ please have mercy in me” this is same if I get a pillon rider.
Some time the engine also behave the same if it is ridden on a single rider. Although I always kept it single handed and serviced it regularly after every 1500 KM. I used premium petrol for a mileage of 65 kmpl. I used my bike for 6 months and sold it after 8500 KM of ride. Its horrible . “ Bajaj Bike are Bikes With PAIN”
My cousin brother also bought the same bike and is facing the similar problem.
I bought this bike as one of my friend bought Discover 100 CC a year back and he is happy.
even I got a better review from those who bought this bike before. The First lot was good to increase the sale but later they have reduced the engine and parts quality of the bike.
I have not feeled any such problem with hero Honda 100 CC or Yamaha 100 CC bikes.
The only conclusion I made from such experience is Bajaj has reduced its quality and selling inferior quality
All Bajaj bike will hardly run for 2 year successful after that …………….
I will only say to my friends to for HONDA or YAMAHA bikes. These are lil expensive but a true value for money
