I don't know what is the problem with this iron but it is not functioning properly at all. I even tried adjusting it heat but it was in vein.It worked fine for the first 3 months and then it all started.I switched to this iron because I wanted a little change and a small upgrade but I was unware that this would also happen with me even after buying the iron from such a big brand.I will tell in you detail the summary or a short sequence of what happened with me right from the purchase.
User Friendly:
I brought this iron online, even it is available in local electronic shops but it was available at a discounted price on the online website Flipkart.The iron is very user friendly as it is very easy to use and anybody can operate it easily.
Durability:
This is the main worth considering point for the purchase of the iron because I know that the products from Bajaj are not faulty and cheap, but this might be the rare case.The connecting wire of the iron is strong and sturdy. It is not quite long but big enough to easily iron any cloth.
Style and design:
The style and design of the iron is quite same like other irons but one thing which I liked about the iron is the smooth round button in the middle.That revolving button is so smooth that it does nto makes any sound while rotating it for adjusting the temperature.
Service and Support:
The after sales service of the company is good untill and unles you have the warranty card of the purchased product, but if you are not having any warranty card or details then you might have to pay extra chages to get it repaired.I lost my warranty card and then unfortunately are not having any option to get the warranty back.
Finally I can say that this iron is not bad but do consider other models of the same brand or even other brands because the thing which happened with me can happen with you also.
