I bought 2 piece of Bajaj DX2 Dry Iron in last month from local shop at Rs.500*2=1000 for my home, because of cheap rates and the brand name BAJAJ. I am currently using lots of products of BAJAJ like most of fan's, geyser, etc in my home. But when talking about Bajaj DX2 Dry Iron, its stick's lots of time on the clothes & the most common problem is their coil, its damage after 15 days or 1 day also, but I am lucky Bajaj DX2 Dry Iron is come with 2 years warranty, when I am complaining to the customer care no 1800-22-2252, its register my complaint and gives me a secrete code(part of procedure). And the Bajaj service boy come to the home and replace the damage BAJAJ coil by DUPLICATE COIL(generic coil) and here is twist he demand's for RS.300(In warranty period-the service is totally free). And the coil is damage after few of hours.I am still suffering from this problem.
Please go with PHILIPHS or MAHARAJA or any other best product(that you experience better), but please dont buy Bajaj DX2 Dry Iron.
