I purchased a new ceiling fan of Bajaj company from Royal Electricals Andheri East shop on 8th April. My electrician installed it on Monday and the fan didn't work. We called the shop-keeper he said you have to call the customer care of Bajaj. We called the customer care and after 4 times of follow up in a period of 3 days the service person came and said you uninstall it on your own and go to the shop to replace it. When we asked him to replace it , he says after two days I will get a sticker from the company and I will give you that post that the company will replace the fan and he went out. The service person's name is Nayandev Sakpal. Then again I called the shop-keeper, he then agreed to replace the motor. I had to literally beg to Sakpal to wait till the shop keeper's guy arrived. Even after that he kept on cribbing that its not my job. Where should customer like us go despite purchasing a new fan I had to suffer for a week.
