I bought a Florella ceiling fan with light in Aug'19 and after working for 1 month, it stopped working. The light does not glow and the fan does not rotate. I filed a complaint and received a ticket number. After a few weeks, it said the complaint has been resolved but none visited my place and nothing happened. I filed another complaint and the toll free number lady asked me contact the authorized service provider(Siddi vinayaka enterprises). I have contacted him several times, given him the invoice copy, serial number etc etc but till date nothing happened. He claims that he will get me a replacement but nothing happened. I went back to the dealer from whom I bought the fan and he filed one more complaint with the company and we are still waiting! I called their HO number but none picks up. I do not know what to do and wonder as to'did I make a mistake by purchasing Bajaj product?' Sateesh Kumar, Bangalore, 9972338282
