We have been a Client of Bajaj Capital for more than 20 years and there services and advisory was excellent and we had recommended them to quite a few Friends and Relations .
Off Late for the last 2 years with there has been High Headedness and arrogance that has creped into their Staff and Senior Management and their attitude poor
They are interested to service Products and schemes where their Brokerages are high, else they donot even process your investment requests for weeks and one has to keep following up .a considerable decline in their serviceability and Reliability as a result we have closed all our relationship with them incl withdrawal of support by few Friends and Family
They are mere Brokerage agent now .and Knowledgeable less competent than others like Karvy etc
