Worse Service. Review on Bajaj Capital

Well my girlfriend worked in baja capital so I will tell the details with utter depth. The experience is of Bajaj capital Ranchi, Jharkhand.

Firstly the working hours at this office is insane. They are frauds who distribute pamphlets saying its of lottery at malls and later call them saying they have won some gift and when the customers arrive they try to sell their plans .

Then they send women employee on their own risk to any random distance at any random time at any random cost.

Even you do deal with the customer and later the customer withdraws their deals . the supervisors behave in a very rude manner and blame the employee. How come customer withdrawing their interest is fault of the employee.

Second inhumane behaviour. .There was this incident I witnessed where a customer bought a plan and in a month wanted cancel the deal as they had medical emergency and they had no money source. The supervisors were hovering to the customers residence. Attempting to convince not to cancel the deal. When they found the customer gone to to hospital they went there to confirm whether the client was lying or not. and when they confirmed they blamed the employee doing deal.

The senior supervisors at ranchi are perverts. as they say inappropriate things on workplace and interfer in personal lives. They make disgusting comments and remarks about female employees and their personal lives.

If you go through their plans you will find they are frauds and will soon be caught for doing scams.
