I have a pathetic experience with Bajaj Capital. Believing in their promises, I have invested and lost almost 60% of my investment. The most undependable team of employees, and it is clearly evident that these employees were not given appropriate training to handle customers and their interests.
All the false promises. The customer service executive approached me and extended full support on my trading requirements. Accordingly, I have waited almost 1 year and given complete liberty in taking decisions.
Despite such an open approach from me, the company and team could not stand on words. They could not even protect my investment but forced me to see huge loss. Further, the closure of account also was a big farse and harrased me more than 4 months inspite of charging.
I sincerely suggest not to opt this company.
