Poor Process In Place. Very slow account opening process. No agent commisions. Interest rates not attractive. I had to follow up with the agents they are not ready to own up. To open a FD account they took almost 30days. They have no clue where is the FD Bond by when can we expect it etc.
Agent info about the products I also limited. The agent explained the info about the product and we asked for some time to think and come back the agent became furious saying why did you waste my time etc.
