After a great Disatifaction I wanted to raise my voice to public about my new ELIMINATOR SERVICE. This is bike is simply have good looks but pains a lot, when I go to the pertrol pump. Because the AVERAGE IS ONLY 22 KMPL, in the BEST of the CITy ROADS, DELHI. I go on a most beautiful and perfect road of DELHI --- from ASHRAM to GREATER NOIDA Express highway on a DND Flyover. Just Imagine my EMBARACING Situations. Once the PETROL swith was left on RES Poiter after filling up the fule for Rs. 500, I noted the meter reading it was just 245 Kms When I started on a DND, fortunately that was a very important for me to reach the office. The FUEL GOT OVER In between. GUYS just Imagine ..You can guess what happened...............
In our company we planned for a LONG DRIVE. Our team bikes included Unicorn, Pulser, CBZ and Thuderbird and ELENTRA, TVS VICTOR too. you know Just becuase of my BIKE Everyone has to wait for 2-3 Hours because of PUNCHUR in a Highway, FUEL Efficiency, which made me to go for a petrol BUNK TWICE....
After all these, I went to DEEWAN MOTORS SERVICE Station in SOUTH DELHI for a SERVICE, to get it serviced for Average and problem with the gears ... The WORST part was NO SERVICE RESPONSIBLITY, I was assured twice for a good service and charged upto 3800 /-. for only internal changes only which means to say No VISIBLE CHANGES. The Bike was cleaned half included all mud inside. Secondly they charged Rs. 450/- EXTRA for TEFLON coating, which lasted for a MONTH only. The kind of Negligence the service people showed was absolutely WORST. If I say anything they comments telling BAJAJ has stopped ELIMNATOR no parts are comming to AVENGER, teyh NEWLY LAUNCHED BIKE 3 months ago. Is this a reason for a CUSTOMER after spending 95,000 /- on a CRUISER BIKE IN DELHI, IN INDIA.
The MANGER of DEEWAN MOTORS SERVICE in OKHLA, NEW DELHI was very kind enough to assure me a BEST OF SERVICE within a week. Lets wait and watch.
I am sure lets wait and watch weather the MANAGER Mr. KAPIL DEV SINGH would keep his words for teh GOOD SERVICE.
