I had taken a loan from Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd for purchasing my bike Bujaj Pulsar-150. My load started from september-07 and ended feb-09. But still the company has not send any invoice nor any NOC certificate. In the mean while I have contatcted them on the phone 0495-2761920 in local office and their pune office, but either no one picked the call (90% of times) and if someone picked just transfered it to another person who just disconnected it in between. I have also written some e-mails to them but still no reply has been send, nor even an acknowledgement of the e-mails have been send.
Adding to that when I reached their office in calicut (which is around 20 Km away from my place) they asked me to come after 45 days to get the NOC. When requesting for my bike's second key, which was taken at the time of loan, they were answerless and said they have mixed all the keys and cant help. These are the same people who have penalize me for just differing a payment by one week. I requested them to send me my NOC by post, which they promised and still after more than 2 months have not send it.
While going to my dealer (bajaj auto who has recommended this finance) I came to know is no way linked to Bajaj Auto-surprising. But this they should have told in the starting. There is no one responsible in both the companies neithe their employees let you to meed higher official, who are supposed to be having some sense of customer accountability.
Therefore I must say that if you are buying any thing, especially a bujaj bike, never go for Bajaj Auto finance. Let it be your last option or you should delay your purchse but dont land it a trouble for years
