I when I opted suvidha salary account with citi bank a lady came and asked to take serve shakti Suraksha policy of bajaj allianz.


She gave false information that you can close the insurance any time but they deducted my 20% money. I continued the policy for 2 years and 7 months with 1500 pm and deposited 43500 and they returned me only 36 k.


They are big fraud and if you call customer care they will not provide any information regarding you maturity benefit and all.
