This is one of the worst policy I have ever purchased in my life. No premium receipt till you bang their door, almost 1yr but have not received bond. I have already escalated to higher authorities but no response. I am still not sure what should I do.
The local branch manager is nothing but another govt officer with casual responses and my agent through whom I purchased this policy is no longer with Bajaj Allianz and she is into real estate, when I call her for bond, she also does not give any suitable response. If I get a chance to withdraw then I would definitely do that. I am looking to fax or email this issue to Rahul Bajaj but I dont have his email id or fax number. My honest request please please dont ever go for Bajaj Allianz.
