I have taken a policy from the bajaj allianz ( MANDI Branch, Distt. Mandi H.P.) on 08 Dec 2008 . receipt no. 0190720586 .But till today, I have not received any policy bond from the branch or from bajaj allianz. When I contact to the concerned branch regarding this matter, then they will start making excuses and told me that they will send the policy to my address by SPEED POST.


When I contact to post office then they refuse me by saying that there is no as such policy  reached to us. Again I talk to the branch and again they start making excuses, and told me that they put this matter in the HUB. and told me to contact in the hub.Now This process goes for two manths. and last two months I have not got any satisfactory response Neither from the concerned branch nor from the bajaj allianzMOREOVER When I ask for the number of REGIONAL MANAGER / ZONAL MANAGER then they will totally refuses to give the number of the above said persons, and told me that they don"t have any  number of the above persons.


Finally  I will talk to you regarding this and brought this matter in front of you. Pls help me to get my amount refund / return back so that I can got the policy from any other company.

My name is Vijay Pratap Singh & I am policy holder of your co. my policy no. 0034575596.i want to surrender my policy due to some personal reason but in allahabad office they don't co-operate me just because of my A/c is in "Baroda Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank" & IFSC code is not available in my bank.i want my amount through cheque but they don't co-operate me .i

I am a policy holder of Bajjaj Allianz(policy no. 0172875843). This is the fourth policy from my family.


But this policy was not properly explained to me. The agent who came to explain about the policy , he cheated me. He told 0% allocation charge, but when I checked the document it is 100% allocation charge. Also there are so many documents attached which is not sighed by me.


I went to the CMBT Chennai branch and claimed for the cancellation, there also no good response. A employee called (Sathis.D) at Chennai CMBT office, he didn't respond properly and I was calling him for more than 45 days. Now he is telling we cant cancel and we cant refund money. It is really irritating me and lost the hope of your company.

I have applied for partial withdrawal of Rs12, 500.00 way back in Feb. (24.02.2010) and my husband made several visits to your office at Karan Nagar, Srinagar, for collecting the cheque for the said amount, but in vain. Ultimately one lady officers, namely Miss Benazir, of your office, made a promise to deliver the cheque at my residence, but unfortunately the wait for the same still goes on unabated.


Hope the matter is resolved without any further delay.

I want to close my bajaj Allianze Premium as soon as possible.You r deducting the amount on the behalf of Bajaj Allianze.I have opened this premium with the collaboration with citibank.My account no. is 5058459811.


And till now I don't have even policy number.I have not got any type of information and document from Bajaj Alliance.


Pls Suggest me how to close this premium.And I want all the amount back to my account as soon as possible.

I am a regular bajaj allianz policy holder and am totally unsatisfied with the way your employees deal with the customers.I held three policies, their numbers being 0019337961, 0019341564 and 0019342593.I have paid the whole amount and want to surrender my policy and claim the maturity amount as the time period is over.I have submitted all the required papers in this regard in the month of october to the katihar(bihar) branch and had sought the maturity amount.But even after my repeated reminders no action has been taken.Its been three months now and am still waiting with no one giving a clear answer over when will I receive the amount.In november I was told that the papers have been sent to the purnea(bihar) branch.Later they said that the papers have been lost and I need to submit them again.I did the needful, but now they are harrasing me by asking for sum new papers everyday and they are behaving in an inappropriate and unacceptable manner.I request you to take action on my complaint and also against the staff in the branches I have mentioned.Is this the way you train your employees to deal with customers?

I started a policy with them believing assurances given by my insurance agent which turned out to be false. I was not told that BALIC would be deducting about 40% of my first premium amount if I encashed my policy prior to the maturity date. When I found that the policy was not appreciating and I went in to encash it did I realise to my horror that they are going to make big deductions.


Bajaj Allianz is a rogue insurance company. GoI should close down BALIC. I would like to lodge a complaint with the consumer court for the losses that I have incurred.

It was substantiated with the help of copy of pass book and bank statement that the bank a/c number given by me was correct. Now they have switched to the IFSC code of my bank and begun to say that the one quoted by me is not correct to effect NEFT. The download from the bank site (attachment 4) testifies that the IFSC code is the one I given. They are not yet ready to admit it. We, all know that one who sleeps can be awakened, but not one pretends to sleep. All E mails between CCC & me are pasted for ready reference .They want to deny its customers (from whom sizeable hard earned money is chopped off as surrender penalty) direct credit of the less amount of money than that they deposited. Their ulterior motive is to resort to cheque issue to buy time for payment. Please scrutinize the case and pin the culprit playing with public money as though their own and trying to befool customers

I was contacted by some javedmobile no.8527782710. On 4/2/2011 saying as agent of bajaj allianz agent in connection with renewal of my car insurance. He made me talk to some mr. Neeraj saying dmi and having the number 9999598530.he told me that he will deliver the insurance policy on or before 9/2/2011. But till 11/2/2011 it was not delivered.then I contacted mr. Neraj asking for the same. Then he delivered me the policy certificate (noo). The idb as per the certificate was 377350 but as per cover note bearing the no.mc1001069950 value was declared as 430000.


I want instant solution regarding my complaint as well as compensation for mental harassment
