Bajaj Allianz company is not responding properly to the queries asked. when we ask they say claim dont cover it. but when the policy was sold its been told that policy dont cover pre-existing disease and now they claim all the diseases are pre-existing. I feel only doctors can purchase these claims as they can make out your terms and conditions. its better dont purchase policies and waste time.
I have purchased policy for every one at home and was not aware that they dont cover anything The sales person who comes to sell the claim will not have knowledge explain the policy properly. They lie to get their sales done. I want to complain against the sales person who came to sell the product.
