The following chat with a BA office gives you the full story, read from the bottom, please don't use the onlline service of bajaj allianz motor insurance, I have not yet received my copy either through fax or email(both they had(false) promised:


Bajaj Allianz says: Alright sir you will receive the fax within 30 mins time.


I said: I'll be going to office in another few minutes.

Bajaj Allianz says: Yes Sir


I said: Just a minute.


Bajaj Allianz says: We will fax you the copy of the policy


Bajaj Allianz says: Please provide any fax number


Bajaj Allianz says: We wont be able to comment on the same


I said: Does BA will give the compensation to me.


I said: they will charge me nearly 500rupees, half of the policy amount.


Bajaj Allianz says: We will sent the same once again from our end


I said: ok sir, but did anybody conveyed, if the traffic cop caught me on the road, then shall give all the details,


Bajaj Allianz says: So must have not received it


Bajaj Allianz says: Our server was getting upgraded


Bajaj Allianz says: Sir the system problems is from our end.


I said: do you ever take care to ensure that the policy had reach our end.


I said: Are you saying that "Yahoo" is not forwarding that mail to me.


I said: this is the same reply I got from my prev officer on 31jan.

I said: If you sent me the policy receipt to my mail id, then why should I bother to login and get the details.


Bajaj Allianz says: Right sir.


I said: don't keep policy for ur convenience, jsut the basic thing is to let the customer knows this.


I said: but it is not mentioned in teh mail that you had sent to us.


Bajaj Allianz says: Sir if it is not used for the 15 days then it automatically gets expired.


I said: better don't cheat people in the TV. as I had mentioned in my previous chat. I'm going to request Citibank to revert the payment that I had mad to BA towards my policy indicating that I had not received the policy from you and its useless for me.


I said: oh you do things without intimating the customer, very good service.


Bajaj Allianz says: After 15 days the same gets expired


I said: hey dude, after I paid the last year's premium you had given me the user name and password, but using that I could not login to your site


Bajaj Allianz says: To get a user id password you need to mail us on info@bajajallianz.co.in with the policy number and a request for the id and password


I said: please forward this mail chat to the respective senior management who have the authority to improvise the customer service better.


I said: The amount of importance that you give(including the temptating advertisement) for getting the policy, why don't you maintain the customer.


I said: I totally don't understand what is happening.


I said: I have a mail from "balmarineclaims@bajajallianz.co.in" giving my access details.


Bajaj Allianz says: The same is for the employes of Bajajallianz.


I said: but why do you provide such user interface. "https://bajajallianz.com/BagicNxt/security/logon.do" this is the link that asks for the user name and password.


Bajaj Allianz says: We have send to the policy soft copy on the e-mail id provided.


Bajaj Allianz says: At present we have no such facility for the user id and password,


I said: My user id is: @gmail.com. Can you initiate the call to send me the pasword for this userid.


I said: No, if I could login to your website, then I think there is a possiblility to see and print my Policy details.


I said: Sorry officer, I'm not aiming at you, my angry is against your organization.


Bajaj Allianz says: For the renewal you do not require password.


I said: Being a multi million dollar organization, don't your officer don't have the time/money to maintain this webiste.


I said: When I click the forgot password, it is again going to the login page.


Bajaj Allianz says: Requesting you to check the same after some time.


I said: Even I could login to your site with the userid and password that you had provided.


I said: but I have not received it, even I could not login to your site.


Bajaj Allianz says: Our executives have send you the soft copies of the same on the below mentioned address.

I said: My last policy expired two days ago, how do you expect me to use my bike with the expired policy details.


I said: if asking sorry becomes a pattern then how should I digest that.

Bajaj Allianz says: The expiry date of your policy 31st Jan.2009.


I said: yeah I know, but on completing my payment your internet browser given me an error without showing the policy details(so that I could save it). even you had not sent the premium to my mail id.


Bajaj Allianz says: Your policy has been renewed.

I said: I have the chat transaction(which I believe that you don't keep track of) with me, shall I attach that? how to do that in this browser

I said: this is the 11 th time I'm revealing my details.


I said: indded I had a online chat, they promised me that it will be sent to my email id within 1 hour(I Bajaj Allianz says: Kindly let us know if this query is with regards to Life or General insurance.


I said: I had raised lot of request to send me the receipt of my renewed policy, but its seems that no body seems to care except the payment from the customer.
