Pathetic service. No matter how many times you follow, the issue just does not get resolved. Called their customer care thrice, wrote an email thrice(including to senior people), called the branch 5 times.but no result.


Have ported 7 out of 10 policies of our family already. Will shift the remaining 3 as well.
