Readers, pls never ever apply for insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz. I selected this because my company used to prefer this. But I am in soup now after taking policy.
The sales executive delivered me the policy with my name, different address, different passport no., correct spouse name, difference kid's name. I don't know how to use this policy. when I contacted customer support they said, I have to send my passport copy and form for modifying the information, after I sent that there is no response. I sent so many reminders and spoke to executive also but no reply. Finally I have to travel with wrong policy.
After I returned I once again contacted customer support, they said, since I already finished travelling why I am contacting for the policy. I am now fighting to repay my policy amount.
