I have verna diesel 2018 model , by profession I am architect , I drive my car with love , in the mrng time around 6 am I was going to meet someone for my site work , January days are usually very foggy, I was on dwarka expressway which is underconstruction . I was on my way car speed was below 50 km ph , suddenly heated by a big road cutting and jumped over the stone and meet with big khadda and front both wheels heated hard in that. One front alloy wheel cracked and 2nd one was bent, and drive side both alloys got hard scratches also . After that next day I submitted my car to Hyundai authorized service center, I filled claim form and done all the legal task which should require to do for basic formalities.
Surveyer came and he had done his task very lightly and trying to manipulate the claim .
He said yeh scratches kaise aaye , I told him the storey .he said ki aap ko condition may claim approved nhi hota .I asked him reason ?
He said sir aap ki car bahar se damage nhi hui hai
Na major accident hui hai aur khadday may lagne se alloy nhi break hota kabhi , isko accident nhi kah sakte , its not accidentally damage.bajaj allianz ki policy may yeh likha hai .he challenged me.
Now after this , I have only the way to go to court .I have read all the conditions of bajaj allainz policy .
Guys plz it's a request of bajaj insaurance users don't go with bajaj insaurance. Their intentions are not good at all at the time of paying claim amount .
Plz avoid they are frauds but I Humble request to all the people of bajaj insaurnace users.i have all the proofs with copy of claim form and cars pictures .I am challenging it to bajaj allianz. My no is 9255988112
