Guys be aware of this insurance company. The claim advisers are a pain. My car had a small collusion and these guys are refusing to pay for all the damage(Though it is a Bumper to Bumper insurance). The adviser says that he cannot give a claim for all the damage unless I have photo of the incident(no one has informed me while taking the insurance that a photo is required).
He is making up stories continuously. Initially he told that Bajaj Allianz doesn't cover insurance for scratches and I was totally pissed off. I call the customer care guys and the head office in Hyderabad and they told that they do cover the insurance. When I called back the adviser and informed the same he started making new story that the damage didn't happen at the same collusion. I took the vehicle in just 15 minutes after the collusion has occurred and service who saw the vehicle said that "Sir I'm pretty sure this happened on the same incident but Bajaj adviser who comes to visit our service center is really horrible and always tries to torture the customers".
I feel that the service guy has told correctly as I'm facing the issue. Guys don't ever fall in the trap of Bajaj Allianz car insurance. Its really a pain in your*.
