Hi Friends, this is true regarding my own experience. My uncle purchased an insurance policy from Bajaj Alliance for Rs 30000/- 3 years ago as a returning benefit of Rs 45000/- after 5 years. But just after one year the agent told my uncle to purchase another policy as there is some problem with the previous insurance policy so no extra amount to be paid except Rs 1500/- for security money only. My uncle did so. And then just after 5 months my uncle got a letter from this Bajaj Allianz Insurance Company that the policy which my uncle had bought was terminated & total 31500/- was cheated by this company. After that my uncle asked the agent from whom my uncle bought this insurance, but he could not explain any reason for which it forfeited. Then my uncle visited the company's office near Dalhousie almost for 7-8 times . But they did not return the money.
