I have purchased sony led tv, with extended warranty bajaj allianz general insurance company and the period of warranty is from 17-07-2015 to 16-07-2018. My tv is not working since 03 months. Inspite of repeated complaints the insurance company has not responded till date. My claim no. Is oc-171804-660900000339, dt. 12-08-2016. So far no action has been taken and I am regulary contacting the office but so far no action has been taken. I am suffering from august 2016. I have paid rs. 2969/- for extended warranty.
