My experience with Allianz Bajaj has been really bad. They did not inform me about all the details before taking the policy. Their agent said different things each time I called him. First they said there is not need for any medical checkup for insurance upto 9 lakhs. I took a policy for 5 lakhs and also paid them the premium. After few days they told me to go under a medical test.
I was tired of them telling different things each time, so I asked them to cancel my policy and return my cheque. To my horror I found out that they had already encashed the cheque, even before approving my policy. Its nearing a month now and still they have not returned me my cheque.
Each time I call them they say I will get the cheque in the next 2 days. I am planning to give a complaint with the consumer court/forum.
