Bajaj Allianz Insurance sucks! This is the worst insurance company which an extremely bad customer service that I have ever come across.
I have assist club membership for my air conditioner unit and it has been 10 months since my membership but we have been unable to avail even a single servicing or have our complaints addressed.
I have been trying to reach out to their customer service for almost two months now to have an issue with the air conditioner unit fixed. However, half the times the call is just transferred from one department to another and then they hang up.
Rest of the times they take all the necessary details and promise action but nothing has been taken so far. I have been making calls almost every other day and answering the same set of questions but they neither send a representative nor take any action. Their customer service is very annoying and poor. They are a nightmare! I would strongly advise against availing their services ever. God knows that they pay their representatives for.
