Bajaj Allianz is one of the worst insurance company. We have made a insurance in Bajaj Allianz as one of my family friend is agent for this insurance company. He has explained the policy as we'll get lot of benefits by making that insurance.
We had made a insurance policy in which we have to only 3 premiums and we'll get benefits after 5 years. We have paid all the three insurance premiums on time. We have also received bond about the insurance also. But after five years when we are about to claim our policy. Besides benefits we have not even got the amount what all we paid. Claim settlement was easy but we have faced a loss by making this insurance. Even the agent doesn't gave proper response for not getting what we have expected.
The customer service and staff working there are very irresponsible. I really hate this insurance company. Fake promises and Fraud service. I would like to make alert for all who are willing to make an insurance in this company.
