I switched from my previous insurer since they did not have good web interface! However I only realized that Bajaj Allianze has the worst ever customer service I have ever seen. I wrote an email indicating that there is an error in the policy start date of the Insurance I have purchased by their system. Since than It has been 12 Days & yet no response. I have written atleast 10 reminder emails, tweeted, called, live chate etc.
However I just loggedin to check the status & was shocked to see the policy has been cancelled!
The Online Chat & Phone executive are useless & will only suggest you to write emails to customer care & the customercare will never revert you!
Biggest mistake to have policies with this company. I thought it is a good & trusted brand. But I was totally wrong. Looking forward to file a case against then with IRDAS & Consumers court.
I am not sure about claim settlement with them & hope I never have to claim.
