Most pathetic customer service. Went to get my simple claim for my car glass breakage via policy # OG-13-9906-1801-00010869. 3 HOURS waiting for update on my claim. As per them they don't have anything online. All are updated in hard files stored in their warehouse.
So if they have to retrieved any information they will send their guy to retrieve the information form warehouse. Still waiting for my revert.
