I am sankarsh and I am going to review this product by sharing my experience about it. I got this product for my home 2 years back and it gave me lot of problems so I had to change it. I had got this product because a sale was going on in the shop. The smell and smoke goes around your house even if the chimney is switched on. Ther is no use of it. And dust gets accumulated very fast and you will have to clean on a regular basis. I had no problem with the service as I had a service centre nearby. This product doesn’t give you a long life and it is not durable. I would suggest you to go for faber chimneys which is worth buying even though it is quite costly.
