Product is good.Product is designed average.We got this kettle as a gift to my brother at his wedding.Last 6 months we are using this.But the main difficulty my mother got was the lid of the kettle I mean the mouth of the kettle is too small so while washing that kettle she finds very difficult and use brush to cleanh it as hand doesnt get into it.
Secondly, its cord is too small it must 0.5 m.Auto shut feature is very good and its helpful too.It is very portable while travelling purpose.and it doesnt has outer water level indication this can create a problem.
Otherwise it is very handy.Water gets heated very quickly.Overall its a average product.
