I ordered an IBall glider touch phone for 2899/- on 15th march. I already made the payment on 15th. First message came to me that they are shortly sending the details of dispatch. After 5 odd days they smsed me that they can not service it in promised time. After that no further update. I called them few times. Once they told that there is no stock. Next time one rep told that stock is available and they are clearing backlogs. Next time another person told me that stock is not there and asked me to wait for couple more days before cancelling the order. It takes these cheats 2 to 3 days to update an order.
Finally on 31st they could update my cancellation order. I was told that within 5 days the amount will be credited to my credit card. Already 6 days over, now when I called another rep told me that it would still take 7 to 10 days to credit the amount since they have year end audits going on.
1) No timely delivery of product 2) no quick update and dispatch of orders flipkart delivers within 1 or 2 days or order in metros 3) reps behavior is bad, any complaint about the company they tend to take personally and keep telling that I can not do anything; what rubbish, you are the front face of your company! 4) don't know how much interest income one can make if they block money for a month from many buyers 5) different reps give different information.
