I bought a Philips DVD player from Bagittoday( ITBC membership no: ITBC0941278 , invoice no : ORA100003846) and got an Holiday Voucher as per their promotional scheme( Holiday Voucher no: ITBC14848), where it was told I will be eligible for '2 night stay in AC deluxe room| Accommodation in Twin sharing basis | Welcome drink on arrival | 2 veg meals free for a couple for 2 days including breakfast & dinner| All applicable tax |
Stay of 1 child below 5 year is complimentary| Free Local Assistance' .This was way back in Feb/Mar 2010. But till date. I have not received any such Coupons. I have followed up the same with their partner Bigcity Promotions several times, but never got any satisfactory response. I was even asked to send a DD of Rs 800/- in advance for the same to Bigcity, but they didnt communicate to me anything after that. My question to Bagittoday, can you guys please explain me why this has happened?
