I purchased a pair of sunglasses to try their offer & services & wasn't disappointed the first time. The price I paid was not too much of a risk & wouldn't have pinched my pocket.
The 2nd time was a disaster. I paid online through my credit card for BB Pearl that I was to gift my wife on her birthday. At first, there was a technical gliche on the www & my payment wasn't processed. Within no time I received a call from them where they processed my payment through IVR which I did.
I was promised to receive consignment in 2 weeks. Post 2 weeks, I called the contact center & I was told to wait another week. After another week & my wife's birthday approaching too close for comfort, I called again. This time they informed me unapologetically that they are out of stock & will refund the money back to my CC.
They need to realize that there is more than just refunding the money that anyways belongs to me.
I am not bagging on Bag it today hereon.
