At last they refunded my money after frequent call to Customer Care Department of Bagittoday as per there refund policy/procedure. Thanks a lot!
(Earlier) I am facing similar situation with my Biliing ID 1017211919, I already made the payment I called them few times. Once they told that there is a audit going on stock so once it done we will dispatch the order. Next time another person told me that stock is not there and asked me to wait for couple more days & the saga still continuing repeatedly when ever I call up to enquire about it.
1) No timely delivery of product.
2) no quick update and dispatch of orders.
