I had placed two orders earlier, one was for a combo of several items, another was for a pair of shoes. I got both more or less in time and the products appear to be satisfactory. I placed another order on July 1st and when I heard nothing from them till August 1, I wrote to them. By coincidence, I got a message with the Blue Dart reference no. claiming that my order had been shipped.
Now, funnily enough, I got a reply to my complaint a day later, explaining that my order had been returned undelivered! I asked how that was possible - how can the order be handed over to Blue Dart one day, and by next day, be returned undelivered - but that is what they keep saying, the order was returned undelivered. Is there some hanky-panky afoot here?
I will update this review if I get a refund or if I get my order delivered soon. Right now, I would advise people to be very careful.
Update: A nice young man called me to apologize; the Blue Dart reference no. had been sent by mistake, and would I please wait for another 2-3 weeks for my order? Else I could go for a refund. I agreed, because to be fair, I had placed the order long after the offer had been made, so I thought I ought to be willing to wait for a little while. I will update this review at the next event.
