At present, the delivery is centralized only in Bangalore, and the customer is promised a 48-hr delivery, of produce that has been just harvested and is therefore extremely fresh. Though the site design is nothing eye catching, the pictures of the delectable fruits and vegetables on the home page are attractive. The website also has the entire story of Madhusudhan, and the methods of harvesting that they use, allowing any viewer to follow their journey. The delivery package is also completely biodegradable, but purchases have been followed up a few times with complaints of untimely delivery.
