I purchased shoe for my dad and the size was little big so i did the replacement for smaller size online on next day immediately. They took 25 day to revert back darting that the sole of the shoes have dirt and hence we cannot give replacement and if you want same shoe again I have to pay 150 rs extrra.extra. they have sent the image of the dirt. On the sole
