I had purchased baby attire from babyoye, but I didn't like the product as it was completely different from wht was shown.
So I requested for reverse pick up and refund.when I called them they were absolutely unhelpful n uncourteous and kept asking me questions.when their site says no questions asked on returns.
They took the request n told me within a weeks time product will be picked up.well this was on 21 July n today is 30th July no reverse pickup has been done yet.I called back to check they said it will be done.if they are so late in delaying reverse pickup I really wonder when will I get my refund back.so guys make sure before you login to their site.
