First of all when I bought my first item from Babyoye sometime in early 2012, the delivery was super fast (probably the initial phase of operations). I was so impressed by their first time performance that subsequently I placed orders for some more items in later months. Though they had never been able to touch the same heights again but I received the items in reasonable time so no complaints and also I was pretty confidant about their services for future buys.
But come to December and I once again thought of availing their services, this time placing an order (order no 100250212) for Diapers and Wipes. I placed my order on 13/12/12 and was hoping that by weekend I should receive the items as order day was Thursday and my shipping address is of Delhi. I received an email also on 14/12/12 that my both the items have been shipped duly along with the AWB no. But I didn't receive any items on weekend as so when one item was being shipped from Delhi itself (Huggies wipes). After that the Diaper (Mamy Poko) were received on 18/12/12 finally which were shipped from Mumbai but the wipes were no where in site. So after waiting for one more day I thought of following up with customer care about my order.
So now my real ordeal starts, first I called their toll free no and it took exactly 12 minutes to connect to the rep at other end. In normal circumstances I would have never waited so long but I had to on that day as I wanted to know my order status. Customer care as a ritual said sorry for the delay and promised the delivery soon. I also checked up with their courier Delhivery with the AWB no provided and they said that they have not received any consignment with this AWB no so better check with Babyoye only.
After again waiting for some more days I once more pulled up myself to call their customer care no, again the same story it took almost same amount of time to connect. This time however after initial ritualistic apologies the rep came up with the ace up his sleeve and informed me that as the consignment of the wipes received at their warehouse from Huggies was not of standard quality so there has been a delay in delivery. Once again I was reassured for the priority delivery and escalation of matter with the concerned department. In between I tried to call their no. two three times but I was not able to get connected as I couldn't wait so long. Then I thought of trying to write mail to their customer care but here also they promised to resolve the matter soon.
Finally I thought that its enough waiting and written a mail requesting to cancel my order but they replied after two days again assuring to deliver the item quickly.
Today on 27/12/12 finally I have been compelled to write this review, as the item has not been delivered yet and after calling their customer care I have requested again to cancel my order and return back my payment. I am really not sure whether my order will be cancelled or not and if cancelled when I will receive my money back.
At last one thing is clear I am never going back to Babyoye again and also I will get my profile deleted from the site after the issue gets resolved or for that matter I am even ready to forget the whole thing and just delete my account if possible.
