I ordered a toy as first Birthday Gift from Babyoye. It was really good deal. After this I happened to read all bad reviews and bad experience by people. I was then worried about delivery of product which needed to arrive before Birthday Party as per date promised on website.
I could not speak to customer care for status as their phone is long wait and then they cut off promising call back which was not done. Tracking info available on site is delayed. But they did reply to my mail and assured that delivery will be within 48 hours. I got my parcel on 4th day as written on website.
Bad reviews did cause concern in my case. So making sure to write about my good experience. Babyoye team should look at improvement in accessibility on phone and keeping people informed about order status.
