My genuine experience with this company Babel Media. And this should be an eye opener for those who are planning to join Babel Media. There is no process, no proper training provision and no ethics in this company. All politics.
A tribute to the Test Lead Shubhankar Parashar-The Big Moron in Babel Media
The worst Test lead I have ever seen in my life.Greately discourages anyone and logs PIP secretely just for the sake of showing he is the lead and for no other reason.Never responds to the problems you face and unknowingly you will be noticed by the manager.He gives no time to cope up , harassese you mentally to the extent that you spoil your brain.The worst part of him is that he can even discourage the seniormost guys who are already in the process. Acts as if he is very cautious and sinciere in work but no judgement .Dont know how BabelMedia hired this moron as a test lead with no brain.
Guys and Girls....Sincere request to stay away from this company as this will never match the IT standards and you will end up as a looser with out any proper knowledge when you opt out of the company
