Well, the calculation of repayment of advance amount to be payeble to builder Bababhai by Thakker family is wrong. The clause 16 of the agreement states that, in caase if the seller wants to revoke the agreemnt to sell the proerty, the seller can do it within 15days on payment of interest @ 18%p.a. on the advance amount. if Pravin has taken Rs.2 croeres, and if the family is revoking the agreement then they have to pay only Rs.1.50 lacs as interest and not Rs.36 lacs on the last day as mentioned by Bababhai. If you calculate the interest on Rs.2 cores @ 18% p.a, which comes to Rs.36 lacs, but that is for the 12 months. for 15days it comes to Rs.1.50lacs.
J.D. is very versatile acteor as well as producer, but he should not forget that, the serial like BBB is watched by every individula as part of their life story and every one wathes with interst.
I hope this thing is made clear in the coming episode, and Ba and her family should be shown with muh relaxation in terms of repayment of money to Bababhai.
Apart form this lapes, the serial is wonerful and we like to watch the same without any miss.
